Good Morning.

Case break update sales wise.

Sales to date $255.19
Ebay -$22.97
Postage -$11.32
Paypal -$9.73
Total $211.17

I think I can make one more set. Not sure about a forth. The collation is terrible.
Best case senario is 2 sets and we squeeze out another $30 or so.

Please talk about what you would like to do about the second case and have someone PM me about it. I don't really have access at work.

For those in the break......it look like $10 each will get us that second case.

I am in.
I'm in.
If someone from the original break doesn't want in the 2nd, I say open it up to the thread. (if everyone is cool with that)

How do we open it up to others? This is a hits draft and the two cSes worth of hits combined.[/quote:2evipmmx]
oh ya...I guess we need everyone don't we.

When it boils down to it, we're all just a bunch of Scott Hall's though.

On June 21, 2011 Scott Hall was sentenced to 10 days in Seminole County Jail, stemming from an arrest back in May 2010. Back in 2010, Hall was arrested after drunkenly yelling and cursing at patrons in a Florida bar. He was reportedly uncooperative with police, and was arrested for resisting arrest. Hall got sentenced to 10 days in jail, but the time ended up being reduced to 2 days for the time served.

Good morning!

Frosty, we have a Hardee's in Iron Mountain, MI., I passed one by on my way to pick-up my new eye glasses at Wally World. Picked up another 3 value boxes, I have bought 10 total and have hit just one auto. Not much for short prints either.

Slette, it's not Scott Hall, rather "Razor Ramon".

I have to admit I'm a prospector, but I also collect vets and older releases.

George and Josh, I'm in for the extra $10, let me know when to send the cash.

I have some Gypsy Queen singles laying around, opened two boxes, didn't really care for it. Now I'm debating on A&G due to the auto check list. But I did lock in with AIC on two cases of 2012 Bowman Jumbo's last week.

That Scott Hall E:60 was heartbreaking, and I'm not sure I even have a heart.

I did ask my father about Hardee's afterwards. He said there's one in Hazel Park...about 45 minutes away. Kinda far for just a meal. ;) I went to Rochester, NY in '91 (college), lived there for 16 years then moved back to MI....the Hardee's restaurants I frequented were long gone.

I'm a Colt's fan since 1964, and this is just as bad as when the Colts left Baltimore in the middle of the night.

Robert Irsay, the sheetmetal contractor from Skokie, IL buys the Los Angeles Rams and then trades the franchise to Carroll Rosenbloom for the Colts. Then Rosenbloom is found dead on a beach in Southern California. :?: Maybe past gambling debts?????????

So here's a strange purchase for me. It's a 1936 English Tobacco Card. From doing Mark Grace searches on eBay, I'll see an occassional item for William G. Grace, who's said to be the greatest Victorian Crickiteer. He was in his own way the Cap Anson of English cricket. Now, I don't know a damn about Cricket, other than what I've read about it in researching baseball's origin and Cap Anson playing it on World Tours. This card only cost $4 and was issued long after WG's career ended, so no big investment, but it looked cool to me.

WG had a card in 2011 Goodwin Champions, by the way.

I spent the rest of my $20 mad money (see earlier post) on a 1962 Cubs team card for my Don Zimmer collection. He's one of the heads in the fourth row. Hi-Series card, so it cost $17 in this condition.

And in going for most rambling MT post of the day, here's a card I saw in the seller's store that I bought the cricket card from (petes-cards, a UK seller). Thought Andrew might like it. It's from 1902. UK trade cards seem pretty cheap for their age!
