This is not to drag the conversation in here so I'm not going to harp on it.
I just wanted to thank Calfas for bringing up a good question about the buybacks. It does seem like there are a few people not getting PMs back regarding players they requested. I wonder if this guy could pull out a sequential 100 card lot and manage a photograph with the holograms showing.

That UD set thread is crazy. I completely understand the concerns that are being brought up and there are a lot of valid points. I can honestly say that I believe the card I got is legit. However, I am far from an expert. I didn't even stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

I think if he responded in a better way, it would help the dialogue.

Adam- Let us know if you hear anything back from UD on Twitter.

Joe, I posted pics on their FB, too. I think they have a history of denying backdoored items, though... so even if they do give it the thumbs down it could be just to protect themselves from looking like they lost an entire run of items.

Oh, and I've been trying to find examples of both style of UD holograms featured on these buybacks. All of the 1989 buybacks (from 2009) have smaller/unskewed UD logos. ALl of the questioned 90's buybacks have a skewed/larger UD Logo. It'd be great if we could find other examples of both from past releases or larger holograms.

The Ali swatches in that product are "training worn". The only Ali fight worn are these Frazier has fight worn, I think.

Ugh. When I originally checked the 12 Heritage checklist, no Adam Dunn. Checking out eBay, there is a 12 Heritage Dunn listed. I look at the checklist again and he is on it. He only has the base though. I'm sure there is probably a tint or 2 as well, but he is not listed as having a Target or Wal-Mart colored border.
