Now I have seen both PSA and BGS graded 500 HR cards, but I think I like the look of the SGC graded cards better.. I might have to get mine graded thru SGC..

Wow Sorry for being Debbie Downer but there seems a young man was struck and killed from one of
our traveling baseball leagues in my town. As a coach for girls softball and someone who goes to the little guys games sometimes
this is a real tough pill to swallow, but I know you can not protect them all the time.
My thoughts and prayers go out the his family, his teammates, classmates, and our baseball league

I'm very curious about the actual cause of death. Having played and coached for years, I've seen plenty of kids his age and even younger hit in the neck with a ball. What's even more surprising is that this was during warmups. I wonder if someone was throwing it as hard as they could and he simply jumped right in front of it from up close? While my curiosity is getting the better of me, I still feel so bad for the town and all of the people associate with this; the prevalent thought for quite awhile very well might be "if Eric died in an accident like this just playing baseball, what will happen next to MY kid?"
