Thanks Dan. It's been a wild ride with some late nights, but it's all worth it.

My son started out sleeping 14hrs/day...then it went to about 4hrs at a time...now its about 8hrs or so.

I used to love working graveyard, but man does it take a toll on your internal clock!!


im a night person. so when i work a day shift, i have to get up at 7am. my "normal" go to sleep time is 3am. so i am running on 4 hours of sleep. not to mention, i had my "evening" meal at noon.

now hees my dilemma. i am not hungry at all, but its now after 8:30 and if i skip a meal, thats not a good thing

when i worked local PD i had fourth shift = first ,second second ,third third third , off two , first first, second second second, third . etc . But hated when moved to second - worked five weekends in a row . Did keep me single for a better love .
