Yu Darvish put on quite a performance yesterday - I was very impressed. I wish the Twinkies would do some work and battle but I'm REALLY going to hope for a better year than last. Man, was that brutal!

Haha no. I meant the bird. They are the state bird of MN but aside from that, they have a very distinct call. It's quite cool to listen too. I believe they all nest near lakes so I never get to see them in my part of the state.

I learned this past weekend that they need a decent runway of water in order to take off. They don't walk well on land and can't take off from it.

I took the night off from work, so I can
1. see the Cubs Sweep the Cardinals today ( if they rain stays away)
2. try and list some things for sale
3. See if my 2 boxes of Football Cards arrive and video Break them
4. work on the yard (again if the rain stays away)
5. Cook Dinner on the grill ( again you know if not see above posts)
6. Take my daughter and some of her friends to the Honor Flight Homecoming part 2 tonight for the WWII Veterans day in DC.

Oh and I posted yesterday on yahoo that the cited a known scum-bag as a source and they deleted all of my comments in the Leaf suing Luck article, almost as fast as I keep posting it.
I copied it and pasted it like 10 times, and each time it was deleted. And now today I can't log into my Yahoo Account for some reason...Well maybe because I called them out a few to many times ,lol

It was why I did it. I seen you and Kevin posted on there and they deleted it, so I came home from work and hammered them, only to have my account locked for it I guess.

I was going to look at my e-mails I have on there, I use it for contests and other things I don't want in my professional e-mail account (lol)

We have a pair on my favorite fishing lake here in the UP. Not a good picture, but this guy kept following me around the lake earlier this month. Not a good picture, too far away.

A friend of mine's father is on a "Honor Flight" today, they left Escanaba, MI this morning, about an hour ago. He's 91, and they have a few other Vet's on the flight also. This is quite an honor for those that are considered " Our Greatest Generation" of Americans. I can't believe the ceremony is just for today, and Vets will return later tonight.
