Sorry for the delay...had to reboot my PC. Glad to hear C has the fever down now...boo on the rash House just got out of underwriting two days ago, inspection and appraisal was a big GO last week, just confirmed our home owners insurance and sent that in so I believe we should be signing and getting keys in the next week or two We had to let our landlord at our current apartment know today since rent was due and we paid last month rent upon moving in 3.5 years ago. Kind of a "scary" situation since we know of our closing date but it hasn't been 100% confirmed.

Alright...I finally got around to scanning tons of pickups from the LCS. Here are the scans...I got these as quite a cheap lot so it should make some good tradebait/sell bait

And all of these inserts that I have absolutely NO KNOWLEDGE about...but they looked cool and were cheap haha!

I also got a couple boxes of Bowman and Archives. Nothing fancy AT ALL but fun breaks none the less:

Just got back from Brady's graduation.
It hit us during the ceremony that we no longer have a kid in school.
Definitely bittersweet but we're very proud of him.
