I can only imagine what a signed copy of Howl goes for.

A buddy of mine, several years ago, met Ginsberg at a signing and had him sign a recentish edition of Howl and other poems. But can't fathom what a first or early printing signed would go for.

Yard work. Check garden for weeds , was my daughter's softball stuff, and then cook dinner for them before work.

Doing okay. Doc(s) say that, for now, they will take a wait-and-see on the situation. Still taking way more pain medicine than I would like and have opted for more OTC stuff. Last thing I need is to begin to like presc. pain pills too much.:-?

I could do without constant trips to the lab for involuntary blood/urine dropoffs, though.

In my case, I chalk it up to poor judgment...

For Charlie though, well, it was probably the bowling shirts that won her over. Not that he needed it, dude is a 6'10 GIANT. Provides instant shade on a sunny day.
