Thanks to everyone for the kind words. It's been a great effort to turn around a residence in 3 weeks, first time for me. I thank everyone that helped in their efforts. I'm lucky I had some friends to give such a great effort.

George, I'm holding. The house is nice, small, but it's the garage I want. It's the 24x24 two car garage that comes with the house. I have plans for it. I can't build one for less thab $10K.
