Good morning all!

David, looks like you just might have a future ML'er!

Pete, the pickerel you caught is what we call "walleye" around these parts? Nice catch, eat the pickerel, throw back the bass. Trout is fun to catch also!

Taylor, went looking for a truck, check out the Jeeps!

Jesse, yes Nash going to the Lakers is a head shaker. I would think the Robert Sarver wouldn't let it happen. This owner is a bit cuckoo.

Ralph- Not a Walleye- Chain Pickerel is in the Pike Family, very agressive. Also very bony with huge teeth! I catch and release all fish in our lake, unless they are Wall-Worthy:D

Pete, so the pickerel was a northern pike? Very slimy fish, I call them either "sharks" or "snakes". If you can get the "Y" bones out when cleaning the fish, they have a white flesh and have a great taste. The legal size limit on most lakes around here is 24". When I catch the smaller fish and they inhale the hook, usually the resident Eagle on the lake has them for lunch.

The Brook Trout must have been really fun to catch, I've caught only a 16" since fishing for them. State Record? Wow!

Yes- Pike family. They average about 18", largest get to 30". My Brookie held the record from 1988 until last year:cry:

Good morning.. Glad to see everyone survived the 4th..

G'morn gents and gals!

Didn't go to my sister's yesterday as planned. Ended up having to cancel that due to a nasty headache and out-of-the-blue indigestion. Bad timing. We'll make it up over the weekend anyways.

How about that Verlander fella? His 5th CG this season. Amazing durability.

When I was in a fantasy league, I used to pick up Roy Halladay because he would get about 8 or 9 CG's a year.. ( I see he has 66 CG's in his career)

If Verlander pitched in pinstripes, his stuff would be through the roof!

Fans at NFL games this season will get a look under the hood, so to speak -- all stadium video boards will show the same replay the lead official is viewing on the sideline video monitor.
"They'll see the exact same angles at the exact same time as he does," Rich McKay, the Atlanta Falcons' president and NFL competition committee chairman, said this week.
It's a positive for fans because they haven't always had that vantage point. Prior to this coming season, it was up to home teams to show as much or as little replay as they wanted.
"I think this is another example of the league listening to its fans about what they want from the in-game experience," McKay said. "I think throughout this edition of replay, the league, the teams and our broadcast partners have done a nice job of using the available technology to make the game better and make the experience better for the fans."

Parise to Minnesota surprised me, but makes me excited for the upcoming season.

Sellers sometimes kill me

I had to spent my eBay bucks so I looked for a few potential future call-ups cards. I found 1 guy at a pretty good price. Sell had on listed for bin 34.99 or BO. He then dropped the price to 26.24 on sale for one day....mind you his original price was not even going rate it was to high....so i offer 19.75 from the new price and he counter back with 25.00 and says I come down 8.50 already so this is as low as I can go.........Well I bought 2 of the same cards for 17.25 and 18.00 from 2 other sellers and even that was a little over going rate.......I just declined his counter offer and walked
