I'm diggin the Nash to LA deal.. nice addition but the age definately plays a huge factor and he won't be able to defend the current elite guards in the west so it still leaves us with matchup problems.

Morning all.

The morons in this neighborhood began setting off more illegal fireworks this morning at 7 a.m. They had been doing the same thing last night until around midnight. The corrupt leaders of our fine city decided to change the ordinances and allow legal fireworks in the city after 25 years without them, even though the Fire Dept and cops begged them not to.

Not a huge difference as people always set them off through July and August of each year, but making "safe and sane" fireworks legal again, just increases the problem. The geniuses across the street were lighting M80's and dropping them in people's trash cans. Cops were called, but never showed up.

Is it wrong that I was disappointed not to hear screams of agony as the idiots set themselves on fire or blew off a few fingers?

Call me un-American, but I freakin' hate the Fourth of July. :-x

I see Chris Sale cards have gone up some in the past week......I need to list my Bowman Sterling refractor/199 and a Black I have of his...I can't seem to find the gold I used to have, I hope I did not trade it way since they are getting over 80 or more now......Wow I just find a black sold for 120. best offer.......... listing mine it right now lol

USPS has come and gone and no bubble mailer so I'm assuming unless they come back with some sort of priority envelope that it won't be today. I'm sure seller didn't send priority even though the card is definately worthy and these are the types that I'd hate to see get lost in the mail.

Ralph: I like to keep my eye on Cherokees. They look like solid vehicles, and not a lot of them here have terrible rust.

Andrew: That sucks! People here light off fireworks, but because of state law, aerial fireworks cannot be sold in state. Not a lot of people here want to drive out of state to pick any up, so they buy what they can get here in town.

That's crazy but not unheard of. The driver obviously wasn't paying much attention as the bump appeared to be marked. They hit that thing Dukes of Hazard style.
