George- Saw your question yesterday, I apologize for not responding. I'm busy Friday night. Saturday, we are going to try and make it to the Indians game. Andre Dawson will be there signing autographs. I believe the autos are free with ticket purchase. I need to find out more about that. Might have some time on Sunday though. What brings you to Indy this weekend?

Is he going to the game as well? I called and checked, the signing is free. First 2,500 get a free 8x10 signed by Dawson. According to the Indians, he is only signing the photos; no baseballs, cards, or anything else.

We are definitely looking forward to meeting Dawson and getting his auto.

Hello MTers.

Little pissed off as the Mark Grace signing I was going to attend on Saturday has been cancelled. He's in Chicago for the Dbacks/Cubs series. The start time for the Sat. game got moved up, so the signing got cancelled, sort of. It's now a private signing - they're going to drive downtown with items and meet him in the morning. The card store said I could drop off items to be signed, but the cost would still be the same. Don't really want to pay $70 for my "oversize" item and not get a photo of him signing it. Seems a little crappy they wouldn't lower the price at least $10 or so.

Bummer.
