Still not fun. Mine averages 35-45 minutes and that's bad enough.

i could live closer but then the size of the houses get drastically smaller and a lot more expensive. ill take my 3000sqft house at $1640 a month an hour away over a 1-2 bdrm apt for $1900 a month a few mins away.

My commute is 12-15 minutes and involves going over a section of the Gulf of Mexico.
Yes, I love where I live.

I was stationed there from 2004-2005. I lived on Bolling AFB and worked in Crystal City. That commute on the Metro everyday was one of the things I despised about living there. I really enjoyed all the off-duty things there were to do and my son and I did alot of bonding. That was one of the things I enjoyed about living there.
