US taxes are only ~11%?

The average effective federal tax rate for American taxpayers is 11%, according to an analysis by the Tax Foundation, a non-profit research organization. That's based on 2009 data from the Internal Revenue Service.

I know I paid well more than 11% in taxes last year..

Well I got the cards from my mom's coworker today. Needless to say 99% of them are going to the dumpster. It was all football and basketball from the early 90's. I don't feel like going through a bunch of cards with dinged corners, white borders, and scratches. I pulled out the Michael Jordans and a few Dennis Rodmans just because I've always been a Bulls fan. There was also a Fleer Ultra Kobe RC with horrible corners and edges. At least my mom's coworkers thought of me, and I do appreciate it, but I would appreciate it a little more if there would have been a few Mantles in there ;)
