I don't mind getting up at 4 am at all...

up at 4am get ready for work and out the door by 4:45, get to work by 6. work 8-12 hours depending on the day then leave work at 2 or 6 depending on the day with another hour and fifteen minute drive home or 2 1/2 if its on friday. makes for a long and exhausting day. if i didnt have the long drive it wouldnt be so bad. but its the sacrafice i make to have a big house with a big backyard.

good luck, i know how that is. i was 315lbs and got down to 215lbs then i went through my divorce and now im 300lbs again and havent had the motivation to put the work in to lose it again. it truly is all a mental thing.

I hear ya Ken and agree. Wife has been supportive (of course ) and she's really trying to push me. I have a goal to lose another 45 pounds by the new year. Might not make it, but I'm gonna try.
