Nice. Fiscal year has ended with tons to finish up on and an equal amount to start with. The to-do list for our home somehow grows during the times we scratch things off. My MIL, Jen's sister, her two kids and her brother are flying in for Thanksgiving week so we are hosting a big dinner with more friends and family during their visit. Hoping to get quite a bit done in a very short matter of time.

I too am starting a new PC... Tonight actually.
I am not going to put a lot of time, effort, and money into it, but I am going to be buying cards of Michigan players in their Michigan uni's. I purchased my first card the night of the Super Bowl, but I am bidding on a lot that ends tonight.
I'm mainly looking for cheap autos and cool looking parallels, but I'd take anything.

That's for damn sure! Painting used to be fun LOL and baseboards are a pain in the ass. Looking good though and we are having our Real Estate agent over for dinner on Monday to thank her and show off all the new changes

It may be a pain in the ass but isn't it nice being able to do exactly what you want without having to get the landlord's approval? Or your parents if you still live in their basement.
