Dave (55) and Alex (64): the Starbucks thing belongs to the Mrs, I only used it to cover the rest of the label. Can you believe I actually never drank coffee ever?

I had a sip when I was 11 and have never had a sip since. It's garbage.

new comic day!

I actually thought like you TBP about the triple crown and was somewhat torn. In one respect i would love to see Cabrera get the Triple crown to say I seen a part of rare history happen in my lifetime and on the flip side i feel it will push Yaz back a bit as years down the road the answer to 'Who was the last triple crown winner" will no longer be Yaz. So I feel ya. One thing we can say is Yaz will be the last Pure triple crown winner to actually be praised for winning it as people where not asking if his rookie card was going to go up or can we profit from him as people back then enjoyed the feat much more than trying to make a buck off his cards. Kinda sad with todays players in that more people will be concerned with how much they will make off someones cardboard rather that the feat itself ::facepalm::.

With that said we should have a Yaz appreciation thread

Here's my box break and mailday from today. I prefer action photos, but I can't complain since the Span 8x10 was free

Thanks for the comments guys! The quad auto is a huge pickup for my Span and Mauer PC. I already have the triple auto /25 from the same set that has Mauer and Span. And like I said, I can't complain about the 8x10 being from a photoshoot since it was free, plus it has a nice bold sig on it
