How is everyone this fine afternoon?

I broke some packs so I am happy.

Take the meat off it and set aside. Take the bones and simmer for an hour or so, in a can of chicken broth and water.(depending on how much you want to make.
Add seasoning to the water. A stock of celery, and a Bay leaf. Salt/pepper. Remove the bones and then strain it.
Slice a carrot
Pour in some noodles and chopped veggies, and simmer till cooked. Add the meat back in, and any other seasoning you would like.

I just have to use a crock pot as I do not have a pot big enough.
