This is going to be a long, XXXXty day. Our department is trying out a new "team building"concept. In my area it means I'm getting stuck with the super nice guy who likes to talk a lot and has no skills for the job at hand. I'm super irritated and pissed and put in for a transfer to a different department. I have the most demanding job in our area and don't have time to deal with a ******* that can't accomplish anything.
