Good morning. It is nasty out. Heavy sleet and the state didn't clear the roads. It's also thundering and lightening. Weird stuff, I've never seen before. My little 5 speed sports car isn't worth a crap on this. 30 minutes driving so far and only half way to work.

I'm in north Iowa and basically the whole state is in a warning starting at noon today thru Friday at noon. 5-9 inches with high winds. Should be fun!!

We are definitely getting hammered. It like a massive thunderstorm except the rain is ice. I've never seen it so this before. Parking lot looks like someone dumped the worlds largest slushie in it.

Good morning all.

Man the Oscar Pistorius bail hearing keeps getting weirder. Now the lead investigator has 7 old charges of attempted murder - that had been dropped years ago - reinstated against him. Seems he was once drunk while on duty and fired hus gun at a minivan full if people.
