So... I have a little trading issue.

I traded off 130+ cards for about 4.

I shipped 1.5 weeks ago. I am assuming the trader received my end since it rarely takes that long for the PO to deliver something. I do have a receipt and a tracking #, but I can't find it.

I sent a couple PM's about the matter but nothing has been returned. He's been posting on BO, so should I contact him there before contacting Mods/Admins or should I keep it to this board?

Is it just me, or has anyone else got an uneasy feeling looking at the National Treasures cards, like the swatches are too nice and too new for the old timers? Just seems some jerseys are too white, don't show the proper age. I don't know, it all just seems too nice for me. Those old timers wore the crap out of their uni's. I have no proof, and not accusing Panini or anything, but those cards just don't pass my gut check. Who knows on most GU cards, but this stuff in particular is raising red flags for me.

All the companies have occasionally used "coach" or "event" worn unis for years now.

Funny you say that because my initial thought was "well this is a patch fakers dream product" - I know it's dark to think that but I tend to agree with you... I guess I always fall back on perception is reality for this hobby... you can never be 100% right, so either stay 100% away or just believe it lol

Hornsby in the set is both a gamer for non-patches and old-timer for patches.

That is a GREAT schedule! I'm 5 eights, but salary as well. Not too bad though...typically average 45 hours a week which is beyond fair lol.
