What's everyone up to, tonight? Have some scanning to do, but think ill put it off until Sunday. Wife and kids are going out of town, right after church. Have the house to myself Sunday. Lots of organizing and scanning to be done that day.

Well looks like my mom, sister, and I may be having a nice little vacation this summer. We don't know for sure where we are going, but I know that we will be going to at least one stadium We will for sure be going to either Target Field or Coors Field. If we go to Denver, we might travel down to Arizona where we have some family and then catch a Dbacks game. I'd love to go the Rockies game since when we would be there they would be playing the Nationals and my favorite player, Denard Span. If we go to Minneapolis, we might venture east and go to Chicago. The White Sox play the A's and Jays that week, and the Cubs play the Pirates and the Reds. Then there is a chance that we might go to Kansas City instead of Chicago if we do go to see the Twins. The Royals play the Astros and Tigers that week. I'm trying to push her towards going to Chicago since I wouldn't mind seeing 2 new stadiums

Chicago is a great city. But US Cellular Field isn't a great ballpark. It's ok, but if you want to see two new ballparks in the area I'd suggest you visit Wrigley and Miller Park. Milwaukee is only about 90 minutes north of Chi, and if you stay on the north side of the city or in a north suburb, the drive would be fairly easy. Problem is, I have no idea if the Brewers are in town that week.

Also, most times the two Chi teams aren't home at the same time, so the matchups above probably won't all be in Chi.
