just got back from the vet so they could take the stitches out of my female from her spaying. Going to do some sort of workout here at the house in a little bit.

Mines a mix of good and bad. Today is my wife and I's 1 year wedding anniversary, but my dad is having a heart procedure done today. They're putting a defibrillator in him so if his heart gives out it'll shock it back to working again. Seems to be a minor procedure from the way the docs make it sound, but I am still worried. If all goes well today, we might plan a trip to a zoo this weekend with our son.

First off, HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!! As far as the defibrilator, my step-dad had one put in several years ago and has been issue free ever since. I hope your dad has the exact same result.:grouphug:

Morning all.

Some of you may remember the difficulties I have been having with the new homeowner next door and his irritating "home improvement" projects. He was trying to be pushy with me and all, which, as you may know, doesn't fly with me.

Anyway, his workers began to dismantle a section of dividing wall which is dangerously close to our house. I, being suspicious, thought that this didn't seem kosher, so I called the city zoning/permit people. As it turns out, this guy has gotten ZERO permits for ANY of his projects at all. They will be coming out today to assess the situation.

I hope they fine his sketchy a$$ and cause him to, you know, do things in the right way.
