Yeah, it's definitely a real overprint. Google E94 Blome's. a Wagner SGC 20 sold through REA in 2010 for $3500. There's some others in google images too, the Wagner was just the first one I found.

So scarce they aren't listed in Beckett after all these years though?

Close Candy is listed.

There are several examples of the Blome's overprint on the backs of E94's. I'm not saying this specific card is legit, but its possible. Whereas a stamp that says "Go go Power Rangers" would not have been something that could have been stamped on the back of the card.

There wasn't any advertisements on the backs of E94's, so other companies, like Close, stamped the backs of some to advertise their product. Blome's was one of those companies.

Yes E94 Blome's is a set and the Cobb had a green backdrop. There is even a Cobb on eBay.

I have a difficult time putting my thoughts into words sometimes. My son was right in front of me yelling "Go Go Power Rangers!" as I was reading this, ha ha.

Good example, I tend to use my daughters slogans, i guess "Kids say the darnest things!"

They have the qualities of an authentic card. I would get them graded if for nothing else protection.
