It will be hard work but I am excited for it. I love golf, golf courses, and being outside so I should like it a lot more more than working in food service, ha. It helps that it is a flat 9 hole course though. I also hope to move down south in a few years so it should work out well..wideright said:I worked on a course during high school. Free golf was a ton of fun! But it's hard work. Driving or walking a round of golf is one thing. The course doesn't have an incredibly huge feel because you are walking straight lines to the ball, greens, etc. But when you start having to mow and do upkeep, you realy get a sense of just how much real estate a course covers. But I loved it. I only know of one guy who went into turf management and he loved it. I envy the guys who design courses too.scotty21690 said:I currently don't have one....but next year I might go to UMass for thier winter program in Turf and Grass Management.wideright said:Cool. One of the Carolinas...I really like it there.MojoDan said:where in the south scotty?
Trust me, bud, I know. I used to get on the course every other weekend back in the day.MojoDan said:jeff - you're missing out bud. about as relaxing as it gets...
Very nice man...I only buy clubs on http://www.callawaygolfpreowned.com but I just checked on that site and you can get either of those drivers for VERY cheap. It's used, but you would never know it.MojoDan said:jeff - you're missing out bud. about as relaxing as it gets...
scotty - I am liking the price on the TM Burner Draw, the Tour Burner, and the HiBore...I am not dropping 500 on a driver...I wait until they get to 200 or less and pounce...![]()

What driver do you have now?
Hey, did my stint as a waiter. S-U-C-K-E-D. Will never ever work in the food industry again. You'll love being outdoors everyday. South Carolina is absolutely the best state weather-wise. Went to school there for 4 years. If I could choose the state to live in it would be there.scotty21690 said:It will be hard work but I am excited for it.
