Dan- Nothing much new here. Getting ready to take a trip to Iowa for a family reunion. Will see my oldest brother who got diagnosed with brain cancr last year. He's doing really well right now. Gonna be an extra busy day.

...resuming today as rained all day yesterday.....sun is out and we should be able to play!! Losing 5-3 going to bottom of 3rd (we are visitors) so we have some work to do! 10 year old Little Leage All-Stars for those not sure what we are talking about.

I guess :? :lol: My personal feeling is, it's all gonna happen when we get there.
Things are gonna happen that you aren't prepared for. The class and teacher are horribly
cheesy as she really just pushes and pushes all of the lamaze breathing techniques.

The main benefit from my POV is that Erin gets to be around/talk to 9 other pregnant women
every week, and see that she is not alone in the issues that she is having.

Haven't been around much lately, but wanted to check in. Have had some tough medical problems since late May and my spirits have been pretty low. Working on positive thinking, though!

Glad the wedding preparations are going so well, Alex! Best wishes for your future!

Helping out at my gf's school carnival today. Her schools are on year round schedule and goes until end of July. Instead of three months off in the summer, she gets April, August and December off. She is counting the days til the end of the month!

In my case, there was an unexpected calmness that the day had finally arrived. Of course your main job is to keep her in the right state. And we were there for 20 hours of labor...

Good morning guys. I had my 3rd interview yesterday for a management trainee position with Enterprise. They said they would call me by the end of the week so I'm hoping to get some good news later today. One of my college buds is coming to town tomorrow to catch some Astros games so hopefully we'll be celebrating!

Nothing of interest in my neck of the woods. A friend of mine rented Knowing and I watched that yesterday. I liked the entire movie except the last 10-15 minutes. Kind of ruined it for me.

Dave- Joe Sakic is a class act. Always thought he was a great player and a nice guy. I loved the Wings/Avalanche rivalry in the 90's And saw many games with he and Stevie Y pitted against each other. Good memories.

Dave those playoff series between the Wings and Avs were always epic and there were some games I will never forget.
