Good morning everyone. Im so glad i have off as i just woke up about 10 mins ago. And it was a pleasant surprise to see Strasburg signed.

Only 1191 calories and 83G of fat......

Our group at work went to lunch the other day at "The Spaghetti Factory".. I had a green salad, and the #3 Special.. 3 different meats, Spaghetti, and a Mac & Jack's...

over 2,000 calories.. (they had a calorie menu as well.)

Personally, I think it's all just another government conspiracy

I would agree with that theory. And the whole BMI thing? A crock of crap. If you read about how it was created some 100 years ago or something like that, it's just an average calculation. So it's going to say that almost everyone is in the obese category when you really aren't that much.

Bacon and eggs almost done. Who's coming over for breakfast?

The entire problem is that everything that tastes great is bad for you and everything that tastes nasty is what you SHOULD be eating. When they can make sprouts, spinach, aspargus, and all of that taste like a bacon cheeseburger, chicken wings, et al, then I will start eating it. :lol:

I get it with the soup instead of fries.

and i love their chocolate malts.

morning everyone.

I went to the Pirates Brewers game last and the Bucco bats finally came to life as they won 9-5. Garrett Jones, Andy LaRoche and Ronny Cedeno all hit hr's and so did Prince Fielder.

I was searching eBay last night around midnight and scored a pretty big BIN steal on a Bay auto. I hate to be suspenseful but I don't want to show it off in case I jinx it.
