Good morning guys. Thank god it's Friday! It's been a pretty long week and I'm ready for a couple days off.

Congrats Art. I was in your shoes about a year ago. Buying the ring is the hard part. At least it was for me.

Rob- GL with the favors. Hope you aren't having an epic-sized wedding. Even 2 or 3 hundred is a lot of damn favors to make. My wife and MIL handled all that stuff thankfully.

Roughly a 115 person wedding, we had invited 140, and had some cancellations, so our numbers are lower, which is nice since money is tight for it.
That's a good size. I wish mine had been smaller, around that size. We ended up around 300 cuz my wife comes from an Italian family, and they all somehow ended up in SE Michigan in and around Detroit. So when you invite one, you gotta invite all of them or someone will get offended. So our guest list was way bigger than what we wanted. It ended up being nice, but the bill was way higher than what we expected. It's easy to run it up.

Good Morning MTers or should I say the bridal shidal group here. Ok who needs a tissue???? jk

Hope everyone is doing well today, were at Whitney's mom's house for a few days. It felt good to get out of Dodge last night and away from the ole' college town. Here to do some shopping and hit Jungle Jim's, supposed to be a really huge grocery store, so I am excited!!!

Had my first class last night, have to read a book by next Thursday. Do not get me wrong, I am a bibliophile, in my living room sits a 6ft x 4ft bookcase crammed full and another 9 board foot of books, and some in the closet upstairs. I killed about 15-20 books this summer, but this one has me dreading it.

Written by a guy named Thomas Kuhns, called The Nature of Scientific Revolutions, many I love cultural theory. I need to know it, but why not make it a bit more fun. Oh well, its a beautiful day out today, and got paid this morning!!!

Now where did I put my hot chocolate at???

Dave-- Indeed, a man's night is always great :D Plus, even though he is only 19 months old, he knows and recognizes baseball. He always cheers for hits, especially home runs. He surprisingly knows a lot about sports I guess you could say. He recognizes when I shot goes in during golf, a touchdown in football, runs scoring in baseball and strike outs. He amazes me everyday with what he knows/recognizes. One of the joys of fatherhood.
Very nice. Sounds like he's on the right track ;)

Alex- no good morning for me? ;)

Josh- not a good start to the day I'll agree.

I would certainly hope so, what with a RAPTOR guarding them.

And for those who didnt make Josh's broadcast last night, he actually had the RAPTOR in the shop with him.

KC- enjoy your last day before the madness :o :D I predict you use the new board two times and then say to hell with it  It's usually easier to stick with what you do best.

There's a very real possibility here  We spent 4 days my first year training on some software that the school never even ended up buying.

Anthony - 7th grade math

Beefy - good size wedding. We had 103 when all was said and done. But then again, my extended family isn't exactly close, so if times were good, we could have had 40 more easily. Besides, any more and you'll spend all your time talking to people - my one recommendation: Eat! We spent almost 8 grand on the food, so I made damn well sure I ate a ton of it. And it was goooooooooooooood.

Are you kidding me?!? You saw it in the store with Josh? I'm shocked. Most raptors are shy and don't like to go on camera.

Did you bust some boxes Josh?

Good morning everyone. I hope you all have a great day today.

Art- Happy birthday to your lady friend. I'm sure she will be stoked about getting a ring. That's awesome! Congratulations friend.

Rob- Have fun making the favors and at the shower.

Scott- Sorry you missed out on the Williams. :(

Not much here today. Started scanning my Dunn base/inserts yesterday. Maybe I'll get that finished over the weekend. Dunn hit HR #34 yesterday as the Nats beat the Cubs 5-4 (sorry Charlie). They play the Cards next. I hope he hits 2 or 3 more against the Cards (sorry George).
