11 days and I can open this damn box sitting here.

Box? Is it a big one? (enter office quote here)

Maybe 8x4

Tree is decorated and I just showed Max the fine art of paper chain making.

You guys with your tree already up!

I am still trying to convince myself that I need to get all the Christmas stuff out of the garage. It's dark and scary out there! :?

Since the subject of snow is a recurring theme today, here is my most vivid memory of snow from my childhood, the blizzard of '77. I was 6 and remember walking on branches of the trees on front of my house from the snow banks. The branches were usually 7 to 8 feet up. This vid is long but has some great pictures. The audio is boring and unneccessary, so tunr off your speakers if you watch it.

Oh yeah, the shopping begins tonight! Toys r Us has a huge sale going on late tonight and tomorrow. I'll probably be shopping around midnight tonight. ::facepalm::

Gavin wants a Handy Manny Repair Shop that is outrageously overpriced but oh well, an Optimus Prime Power Bot, a bigger bike, and Star Wars Legos. Jared is all for Diego stuff, Handy Manny Motorcycle something-or-other, and a huge speedway thing. They are both getting this LeapFrog Interactive learning game system, it looks pretty fun. I'm sure they'll get some other small things, but those are the biggies. Thank goodness for garage sales ;)

We bought that tool set for the boys last year. They loved it. Doesn't look like it's on sale online, but that's not to say the store won't have it on sale.

Thats okay Dave. Almost everything we want for him is at one place....Target :D

We found about 1200 worth of toys that we like there, but we arent going overboard all at once. Just a couple hundred and then stuff to add on. Like the little people stuff etc...

Well if her response a few months ago of "well is sure as heck isnt C" is any indicator...

Now seriously, are you able to create a lot of things out of paper or just the basic stuff?

Josh do you still remember how to make a paper football or the fortune teller?

A few of the things I remember from my childhood.
