Gonna do some hunting Saturday and just overall happy not having to work. I'll probably take the boys to the river and look for arrow heads and sharks teeth, they love finding those things.

Long day ahead of me, History final at 9, have to write a final paper by noon. This finals week has been absolutely terrible, can't wait to go home and relax!

No. I asked for nothing from anybody. I'm laid-off so nobody except the wife is getting anything. I'm setting up a card show this Saturday so hopefully that can bring some income into the house.

Good morning to all.

I'm still off of school, so I get to go see my little niece today - 4 months old.

I found a sweet card that a member has that I have to try and raise some funds for.

Dan - I never ask for cards for Christmas, because I don't want people overpaying for something if they don't have to. But this year my mother was completely stumped, so I told her I would pick up a couple of cheap boxes and give them to her to wrap for me - a USA set and a box of 08 Finest. My mother-in-law always puts a couple of retail Topps packs in my stocking.

Hope everyone has a good day - batten down the hatches for the weather (I think we get it tomorrow).

...I dont ask for cards, but when people ask my wife what I might want for christmas, she usually follows with books, anything red sox, and cards. So I dont have to ask, and a couple of times it has worked out.

Morning fellas. Thank goodness temps will be in the 50's today, so the 4-yr old will be going back to school after 3 days off!! Thank you Lord!! How's everyone's day so far? Hard to believe 2008 is almost over.

I hear you Ryan...I'm at work right now and it snowed a good 1.5 inches in a matter of 2 hours...crazy lightning to go along with it to. I may have to walk home...not a bad walk, just about 4 miles altogether including the SODO district:? Good luck with the school delays bud!!
