Yup. Some new ******* comes in and tries to take over the place. He started preaching to me about what I was gonna do and not do and how he wants me to handle work for him. First of all, he has not authority over me, and does not outrank me. He's only been with the company for 6 months. I've got 18 in so I've got tenure. Secondly, don't tell me what I am going to do. I was conducting business just fine before this schiester arrived.
On top of all of that, he will be receiving my commissions for the work I've done for customers that purchase window installs through us. I get a paltry 20 bucks. He made it sound so amazing that I was being graced with 20 bucks. So I asked him where the other commission was going and he said, "right into my pocket". Arrogant *****. So I got loud and ugly and got in his face. One of the managers had to break us up.
I hate arrogant SOB's who think they know it all. ESPECIALLY ones that are on their first week of the job.

Nothing at all. No harm no foul. He knows I'm not rolling over and taking his crap. Its gonna be fine. I'm writing a letter to the CEO of the company this week expressing my concern over how we as specialists are getting dumped on.
