I would think he'd have to in order to move it. I'm just always curious how other shops work, because I know my guys are too high here.

Charlie- Always had been at $109 but that just means we can move on the price a little if we need to.

I would think he'd have to in order to move it. I'm just always curious how other shops work, because I know my guys are too high here.

I am not sure; seems like eventually all his boxes do sell, regardless of price. Don't remember ever seeing boxes discounted.

Was in the shop when someone bought $900 worth of boxes like it was a kid's meal at McDonalds. I think that if someone has money and are in a wax-bustin' mood, they will buy almost anything.

I don't do shows anymore not enough newer inserts to make a profit . I used to at Charlotte , and smaller shows . I sell mostly bulk commons and up to 5.00 inserts . I cater to younger crowd by selling team packs or hot players . I do sell player cards of team we play on weekends for autos . Stadium gets a good % of sales but i get family in free and move alot of cards - 2000 Red Sox , braves 1000 yankees last year .
moved about 200 packs of 75 hoping for 300 this year. weekend crowd about 2000 /4000 and kids get antsy . Madison Bumgarner is from area stadium was packed when he played here . i sold alot of his cards and he SIGNED for about 30 minutes after game .
my son has been batboy last two years hoping again this year .

Sounds like not only a good way to make a few extra bucks, but a lot of fun, too.

Man, I wish there were a minor league team closer to us.

We have a few teams, but not very nearby.

I can't sell PIRATES which we were for years ,can sell packs of former players .
The kids will come back and buy more and i get to talk to alot of parents ::facepalm:: ::facepalm:: .
