The big Cat's that are used in the oil sands in northern Alberta are built mostly in the US, then shipped as big lego parts to the open mines and then built fully onsite.

The amazing part to me Jesse, is that you are basically buying them for life.

Once they are assembled on site, they can never be dis-assembled and moved elsewhere,
because they will never again be as structurally sound as they were after the first assembly.

No kidding Chas. I think Cat has techs on site for stuff that is covered as well as the ones from the various oil companies.
There was one of those machine shows on NatGeo or Discovery. I love all that mechanical crap.

Woot Woot!! Just got a call for a shift! I haven't worked a city shift since late Dec!! I'm @ SAIT 1 day a week, sometimes 2, so I was hoping I would get calls from the city to fill the rest of the weeks....that hasn't happened. This is huge!
Cash has been tight (although I've still been able to purchase some nice stuff) so this will help in a couple weeks anyways. I'm gonna have to start dumping some of my collection, but that's okay. I'll keep the nicest stuff.

I was born and raised in Decatur, IL (until 18 then I got the hell out). Cat keeps Decatur running, still to this day.

Happy lunch hour gentlemen! Man, with all the talk of snow, I kind of miss it. The 7 1/2 years in Alaska and the 2 1/2 years in Northern Michigan probably filled my quota for snow but I'm a cold weather person. What am I doing in Florida then? My wife likes Florida, so when she's happy we're all happy! :D

That is where my wife grew up and her parents still live there....the town is slowly dying a slow death though...and there has been talk about moving all the office people out of Decatur and up to Mossville.....that would really hurt Decatur..

Thanks guys. I'll be on here the whole shift probably ;)

Dave...I missed the Harden it ended @13 though.... The first one I saw didn't ship to Canada.
The Martin has a BIN of $800. One of the Korean players sold for $450-500.
There is a Holo on the martin, I'm sure it's the # after mine. (I dont know why Topps neglected Bay and Morneau this time around...I was hoping for incredible WBC stuff)
