Good morning boys!

Going to look at 5 houses today, and I'm pretty optimistic. 2 of them have pools. :D

Btw: got this in yesterday for .99 cents...

Charlie- Above grounds are a pain in the ass to upkeep. Then if you rip it out you have to deal with the crop circle it leaves.
Not neccessarily a selling point. Just an extra on a couple nice houses.

Whatever we buy now is not likely to be our permanent home for more than 5-10 years anyway, unless we find something "perfect"

I wouldn't call it an extra. Added cost to upkeep and I think you homeowners policy is higher with a pool.
