I just looked at "my ebay" ...... seems nobody was sniping on the 8 or so items i put bids in for (all the same seller thankfully) I thought I would end up with 1-2 of the cards, not all 8.
And this was after doing mini-splurges earlier in the evening with two other dealers.
i need to disable ebay for awhile

The guys around me are having an in-depth talk about how to switch their Black Berry to airplane mode. Of I were an anthropologists like D505 I would study airline travels, so many odd people in our skys.
Btw the pilot just said and I quote "the lonely Erin is in the rear of the plane for your safety and comfort". What kind of an outfit is Delta.

I can join the eBay misery game. There's a 2001 Bowman Chrome gold refractor of Dunn that ends tonight that I am going to have to miss out on. Then, the 2010 Finest 1/1 of Dunn has been pulled. It ends in 4 days. Unfortunately I am just about positive that there is no way I will be able to make a run at it. Oh well. I win some, but lose an awful lot more. :lol:
Not the same as your guys situations, just that I will be missing out as well.

Doug- True enough. Congrats on all the cards. I've had that happen a time or two, I bid on several different cards expecting to only win a couple and then when I go check, I have to pay for several different cards. ::facepalm::

So they put me on this plane,one I have to duck in and knees on the seat ahead of me,start to taxi and I guess erin is too lovely, the pilot was premature in our taxi and we have to sit here for the next 20 minutes.
