Morning Dan.

Work has FINALLY started to slow down a bit. We have loaded up most of our gear that is going to Afghanistan and pushed it on a train to the port.

After slow days today and tomorrow I get 9 of the next 10 days off (one day I am on 24 hour staff duty), so I am really looking forward to the down time. The wife's birthday is on Friday so hopefully we can do a little traveling during the day and then get a chance to go out for dinner and drinks, sans our son. Then, just gonna drive around and tour some of the warm weather stuff around here (castles, parks, zoos, etc.) and then get ready for things to get hectic again for a few weeks.

Have a great day fellas. Last night was a good night for me pain-wise. Doctor says I'm ahead of schedule with the pain and movement. Going to be transferring to a wheelchair today and am shooting to be released tomorrow (Thursday). I'll keep you guys updated.

Steve, explain! You can't leave us hanging.

Dave, have a good time coaching the T-ballers later. Sounds like fun.

How long is your deployment set for? I'm scheduled to be back in the AF / PAK region in November.

good morning guys!

Im on the early side today but not by choice.. my girls woke me up getting ready for school this morning. I can't wait to sleep in my own bed again and not this couch. got a busy day of nothing planned.. supposed to be 80 here today which to be honest I hope it doesn't get that hot.

I downloaded this yesterday and was messing around with it. its a card collection program which Im sure some of you guys may be aware of but it was new to me. seems to have some decent points to it for the OCD type like me LOL
