Waiting for Chris to pick me up from "work" so we can go grocery shopping....

Some day I must give up this madcap, carefree existence and join the real world.....

Leaving one job you're paid for to go to another where you're not paid is the real world.

You mean..... this is it?? It won't get any better? Ever?

Note to self: Begin drinking heavily....

Hey, George. I'm not sure if this has been asked of you yet but what do you think of the recent "discovery" of what is claimed to possibly be Noah's Ark? Seems to be alot of controversy surrounding this claim. Thoughts?

Kinda like Baseball card prospectors, All Hype. The Ark is not on Mt. Ararat (or anywhere else, sorry). There are too many problems with their claims from the geophysics, preservation, and on and on.

Nice stuff, Andrew! That Art is pretty nice for a Nahtherner! Nice to see you survived full contact grocery shopping. We have that here when the Snowbirds come down for the winter. I've never seen a Hoveround with bumpers and a horn until I moved here! :D

I was wondering about the preservation aspect when they showed a picture of one of the team supposedly inside the "Ark". The planks looked to be in awful good shape to be 4800 years old.

Hey Darren, long time no type!

How goes it?

Pretty good Andrew! How about yourself? Things are going much better and I feel like things are getting back to normal.

darren - great to see you posting bud, and glad life is getting easier!

Andrew - very nice! Love the refractor auto. My advice = Kentucky straight bourbon

Dave(69) - There are at least 3 of us in the MT who are 3 spins of the dial or more.

Part of the claim is petrification due to the volcano.

Chris accused them of being underhanded and arbitrary in their fees. Shoulda seen the look on the woman's face. Priceless!

My gal don't take nuthin' from noooooobody. She's the best! :D

Regarding weight, I hover around 235 (however much a 235 lb. thing can hover).

I like to tell the nurse that I am cutting down to only three donuts a day, in an effort to cut down. They always take me so seriously...

Looks like I'm in excellent company then! :D When we have a group break, it means we all sat on a wooden bench at the same time!

I thought that or because of the extreme cold at that altitude, but even then I'm tremendously skeptical.

The look was probably because they had no idea what Chris was talking about. Once you guys left and they Googled it, boy, were they pissed! :D

They might have figured it out by other words Chris used such as, willy-nilly, random, and, my favorite ass-backwards. At one point, she may have said, "What are you guys trying to pull here?" 8-)
