Dave (w)- Good morning!

Charlie- What's up brother? Sucks that you had to get a keyboard this morning. By that, I mean sucks for us. ;)

Andrew- Congrats on the 91 last night! I have no doubts that you'll easily get at least an 85 on the final.

Hey Joe, I think it is highly possible, but I refuse to slack off now. I have a few more extra credit points I can grab, plus some more homework points. After that, it is just putting in a couple hours a day practicing.

And, an important lesson in being observant:

Last night during the test, I was wracking my brain to remember a couple of formulae. Probably spent three or four minutes just sitting there, sifting through the random info in my skull until I remembered it. As I was packing up to leave after finishing, I glanced at the white board in the front of the lab to see......

The three formulae printed in large letters on the board by the helpful prof. Had I glanced up once during the test, I would have seen them there. ::facepalm:: ::facepalm:: ::facepalm::

Oh Andrew

I know, I know. But hey, pretty impressive that I finally remembered them on my own, with no outside help, huh? Huh?

I will give you that.....I am a fan of letting people bring 1 piece of paper to an exam with whatever formulas they want.

That would be great for me! One piece of paper with whatever I want written on it.

Always seems like there are two or three types of problem I have, uh, problems with on each test.

By the way, forwarded the info on your dig to that student of mine who was interested in archaeology. :)

Andrew- Sounds like something I would have done. ::facepalm:: Bonus points for remembering them yourself though. You might make a mathematician one day after all.

Art- I noticed you and your 12 yards of dirt this morning. ;)

Charlie- I thought only girls played soccer. I am not a soccer fan, but that commercial was definitely awesome.

Kevin- Sweet pick ups!

Alex- I believe you're right about the acid.

For all involved, good luck with the break tonight.

Alex- What's up homie? Things are going great here. How are things your way? We're still weeding through and getting rid of some stuff. I think that, for the most part, we're pretty ready to go though.

1980???

Man, the year you were born I was a dorky 13 year old, attempting to survive the eighth grade and wishing that a certain Jenny Michelski would finally notice me.

(She never did, by the way. Guess a pimply, husky, Star Wars geek, with a penchant for reading and a confusing fashion sense weren't enough to catch her eye.)

That's how they probably feel about you. But since your office smells like cookies, bacon fat, and Charlie sweat nobody else would want to work in it.

Have a great time on the vacation, Dave!

Yesterday was my last day of work for the semester.

Just did the math (no class credit for it, though) and I have been at this place for 23 years now. :?
