Jesse I couldn't figure out how to log in to chat but I did see the Doughty patch.

The weird way that it worked for me is I clicked the login link at the top of the page. Thinking that I was logged in (even though my ID wasn't listed in the chat), I typed a message and hit Send. But the little chat window changed to another login. So I logged in again and was able to chat. ::facepalm:: Clunky system now.

that's how it used to work for me but that didn't happen this time. oh well.

It's going to be a TREMENDOUSLY hot item in CT when the change happens and there is merch on the streets. Classic Whalers stuff fill our local Lids stores and the like. I don't think I have ever seen an adult, except for the players themselves when they would come work out at my old gym, wearing a "Wolf Pack" shirt. This will change if the colors are back to the green blue and white scheme, and the logo is decent.

Whalers merchandise was among the Top 10 of all NHL sales last season. that seems crazy to me that a team that doesn't exist outsold 20 some NHL teams that actually exist.
