ill weigh in for the 1st time, I never get any sleep
anyone have any sleep remedies?

I have no sleep remedies, as I get poor sleep as well

I just usually get crappy sleep for a few days, until I am so tired from little sleep I get like 12 hours of sleep by falling asleep VERY early.

Other than that, drinking heavy amounts of alcohol can help induce long, cumbersome hours of sleep.

I get about 4 hours a night of sleep. Lately I get a fraction of that...wish I had a rememdy...
