How do you clean up an image? I don't have photoshop or anything, but I want to clean up a scan. I got in a 1999 Bowman International of Dunn today. They're foil, so they scan for ****. I had to scan it in a top laoder to get a halfway decent scan. The problem is, no matter how well I cleaned the top loader, there's still stuff on it that shows up in the scan. Is there a way to be able to remove that without photoshop?

Joe try scanning it in a penny sleeve instead of the top loader and you can edit it in photobucket. that is what I do with all my hard to scan cards like Black Diamond and Bowman Chrome.
