i would stay away from BGS. Go with PSA.

PSA 9 and PSA 10 can have quite a price jump

Cool stuff. Simms and LT are my all time favorites, so they will be 9's from the start. I agree that the others can be 8's unless the price is right. Might even try for a 10 of LT and Simms.

For 80's stuff, 9 should be doable and cheap enough. It's not like NY had a Montana, where the 8-9 difference is a few hundred bucks

Just avoid 10's. You're competing with a bunch of Registry idiots who think their GPA equates to prestige and ***** size
