....good morning- anyone get suckered into the Mexico/PR Carribean WS game last night? I stayed up too late watching guys I've (mostly) never heard of :lol: :lol: Adrain Gonzalez of Mexico was only "name" in the game. No idea who won but it was LIVE baseball!!!

...it was better than watching "Hot Stove" for what seems like the millionth time but the baseball was only ok. I did not realize that they take the winter season winners of the respective leagues (PR, Mexico, Venezuala and DR) for this tourney. Thus, it is not an All-Star type series but a championship of regualr-season (winter) teams from the 4 locations.

I do love these sets (60 Fleer as well) since they are very reasonable price wise with very historical players!!

awesome card bud. The whole reason that I am doing it is that it seems like a cheap way to teach the little one about the history of the game, and they look AWESOME in my opinion

I know how that is I am thinking of taking the rest of the month off from purchases and just doing a little trading so that I can replenish my funds. It won't be an easy thing for me to do that's for sure!

Also, I'm working on a little package to send your way - hopefully I will be able to get it into the mail later this week
