The nats could be good in 2 years if everyting goes right. you could have
C: Jesus Folres
1B: Adam Dunn / Chris Marrero
2B: Cristian Guzman
3B: Ryan Zimmerman
SS: Ian Desmond / Danny Espinosa
OF: Josh Willingham
OF: Nyjer Morgan
Starters
P: John Lannan
P: Ross Detwiler
P: Stephen Strasburg
P: Jordan Zimmermann
P: Garrett Mock / Scott Olsen
Bullpen
C: Drew Storen
S: Jason Bergman
M: Sean Burnett
M: Tyler Clippard
M: Victor Garate
L: Saul Rivera

They just need to sign a free agent OF: and they could be in the wildcard Race in 2 years. once again this is if everyting goes perfect

that is still a whatever team
not if all thoes players play as good as they are able to. but we know that wont happen. we do need a free agent pitcher and an outfielder.

they say that about the Mets every year and look at them

They always look great on paper but it is another thing to perform on the field for 162

Agree however Ian Desmond is horrible.

Have you checked his stats this year?

One good year does not make a prospect, but he appears to be improving

I havent seen him since he has been with Harrisburg but i watched him for a few years at Potomac and couldnt believe they promoted him. He was absolutely horrible defensively and just as bad with a bat. Glad to hear he is improving.

just checked and wow i am impressed, he learned how to start hitting. Id love to see defensive stats on him though.

EDIT: just checked. 17 errors in 54 games at Syracuse and 11 errors in 42 games at Harrisburg. See his defense hasnt changed much.
