About an hour or so from Chantilly. Never been there because I was out of collecting for a few years. I look forward to going oneday.

Nice I live in Frederick, Maryland so its about an hour from me too.

Got a late Christmas present tonight from my Uncle. The start of my Scripophily (stock certificates) collection.

Yeah, I'm excited. The Colt one is really cool because it's from 1947 so it's 52 years old and it's one of the most well known fire arms manufacturers around. Then the Sioux City one is from 1892 which is 117 years old. I love old pieces of history and you can't beat the price of free.

I just wish I could find out more about the Sioux City Dry Goods Company. All I could manage to find was an article from the New York Times published in 1893 talking about how the company was in serious debt and going to be re-organized. I don't know anything else about it. I have no clue if it went bankrupt, just closed down, changed its name and is still around, nothing. So I'm really itching to find out.
