T works for me :)

That trade, I hope it works out. I think it's obvious that we should have just kept Lee all along but that's another yarn. It's a bit tough for me as a collector as I have both the Happ Red 1/1 2010 and Gose red 1/1 2010 Bowman's
Ouch, lol!

I think it was a good trade because Oswalt will help you more than Happ would have this season and if you guys do make the playoffs then Oswalt has much more playoff experience which is nice. (Phils are what, 3 GB in the WC?)

Oswalt doesn't want to be here. He even said as much a week or so ago. Hope it works out of course but it's not like when we got Lee and Halladay when they went out of their way to embrace the club. :| He kinda just relegated himself to the idea.

Hope he proves me wrong. I loved Happ. Drank many a beer with the guy, lives (lived?) 3 blocks from me.

Who would want to be in Philly?

That's pretty cool!

Have to wonder though, why are the 'Stros getting rid of all their players?!

Might as well right? I would. Team is dead, get something for Berkman and Oswalt

I'll be buying a Astros Happ jersey once I see one.

Halladay for one, and Lee (who was pissed beyond words when he was traded) for two.

Philly is a great team right now, and has a few more years in the window.

Maybe Ruban can find an old box of balls and trade that for Denker. We could use an experienced batboy

I would much rather have Denker than Bill Hall, at least defensively..

Is that your team? Santana got beat up (got the win though  ) tonight.
Yep.

He did get beat up but got the win and did not get me negative points so I was pleased. I am currently in 2nd place and made the playoffs. It's a shame Kinsler and Victorino went on the DL though...(Though Delmon Young was quickly snatched off of FA to replace Victorino. ;) )

haha we have similar players. I have Santana and Victorino too

Santana, here's his line:

106 PC, 6 INN, 10 HA, 2 BBI, 4 K, 4 ER, 6.000 ERA, 2.000 WHIP, W

Marshall killed me today:

22 PC, 0.2 INN, 5 HA, 2 K, 5 ER, 67.500 ERA, 7.500 WHIP

seriously??? My league is deep so we use middle relievers and Marshall has been great all year but that might knock me out

Bleh, I was watching the game today. It was awful. 17 Rockies - 2 Cubs when I turned it off. ::facepalm::

Ouch!!!! :o :o :o

Middle relievers can keep your teams ERA down which is nice (sprinkle in a few holds and K's), but they always have that one or two blowouts per season which SUCKS!! lol

Thornton has been my middle reliever and he is a GREAT pitcher, but he did have one god awful performance (5 ER <1 IP)

If you care to know....the rest of my team is: Montero, A Gonzalez, McGehee, Reynolds, Han Ramirez, M. Young, Ethier, Werth, Suzuki, Holiday, C Young, Cantu, D Young, LaRoche, Victorino[DL], Kinsler [DL]

Last year I sucked. It's fun not sucking LOL
