2006 Topps Yankees factory set variations. Love these "oddball" issues, they have been tough to find as singles for my Topps sets. Different photographs than the regular base.
More oddball items for my team sets...Finally landed a card I've been hunting for a while. These are hard to find for decent prices. They were box toppers in Target Back to School packs and had different images/numbering than regular Topps base cards. The competitionist in my had to track one down for my team set. I love searching for releases like this. Have a few more left to find.
2008 Topps Target Back to School Exclusive #TB-7 Alex Rodriguez
2007 Topps Heritage National Exclusive Set
Needed the Yankees, the others are available if anyone is looking for them.
2010 Topps Heritage National Exclusive Pack
Pulled the 4 of the 5 pictured here. Need one more Mantle, the Berra and Ryan are FT.
Kevin - How have you been? Cool oddball! Were you the one with the Paul O'Neill Rawlings Advisory Tag card, I think it was from 1995. That is one oddball I've always been looking for.
Magic - Great Christmas card, that was a cool promo. I also believe that DiMaggio is hiding an auto on the back.
1948 Leaf Yankees:
Phil Rizzuto PSA 4
George Stirnweiss PSA 5
Johnny Lindell PSA 6
I have the Billy Johnson on the way. It will be a long while before I add the DiMaggio & Ruth.
DANNY
Huge edition to my set I'm putting together. With 2 more incoming it puts me at 4 away of completing the 25 card set, all autographed. This is a tough one because the cards are from '79 and Howard passed away in '80 only giving a year to have them signed.
dano7, I was intrigued when I found out the seller I got these from is named Jack Wallin. The same name of the creator of this 1979 set.
