What are some cards that you absolutely needed for your collection but ended up losing on ebay?

Main ones that come to mind for me are:

07 Finest Darius Wallker white xfractor 1/1 non auto. Was sure I had it but got outbid at the last second ::facepalm:: Already have the gold auto 1/1 so that card would have made a complete rainbow for me.

06 Player Timeline Maurice Stovall dual patch auto /10. Had a Notre Dame patch and a Bucs logo. Went pretty cheap don't remember why but I just missed it.

Most recently a Threads Rhema Mcknight letterman "I" /250. Only one I need for the complete nameplate, last one popped up a few months ago and went for $3.50 with free shipping but I forgot about it and wasn't home to bid.

Nothing really too bad for me, but whats some of the cards you are kicking yourself you don't own and could have?

Still hoping for another shot at a Frank Gore 2005 LCM Emerald Materials Auto /5

Would have bought it in 2005 like the rest of my Gore PC, but 2 of the 5 were put up with low BIN's that got snapped up in about 10 minutes (combined time). One was listed last year when the 49ers' season had hit the fan, and I still got outbid at 220+. I doubt I'll ever own one of those at this point.

Another card I won't likely own is the Antoine Cason Exquisite Auto 1/1. Lost it to one of the high roller Exquisite 1/1 buyers. Couldn't talk the seller into pulling the auction for me, and he ended up getting less than I offered since I didn't bid it up as a result. Knew I was out-gunned if it went the full 7 days.

There was a full autod name set of Sinorice Moss (M O S S) #/5.

There was a Bowman Chrome Red Refractor #/5 auto.

There are also a number of VERY nice and low numbered Sinorice cards on the bay right now that I won't be able to get...unless they sit for a little while. Including this 1/1

I can think of six. Two are Tapp cards, Three are Leroy Hill and one was an unlikely guy:

1) A 2006 Leaf Limited Gold Spotlight RC/10. No auto or anything. When I turned off my computer at work there was 47 minutes left and the card was at 5.50. I thought for sure I would get home in time to grab it. Turns out there was a fatality accident on the freeway going home. Nothing moved for 20 minutes. I raced into my apartment when I did get home to find out I was about 30 seconds too late. The card ended for $5.50 and I have never seen another in the two years I've been looking.

2) A recent one, Chris Spencer SP Authentic Gold RC/25. I put in the opening bid of 0.99 with intentions of raising it up near the end. Got an e-mail saying I was outbid with 6 hours to go. I totally spaced it off and when I heard my phone ding telling me I had an e-mail, I knew what it was without looking. I lost it for $1.04. It was the first one I had seen since 2006.

3, 4 & 5) 2005 Leroy Hill Bowman Chrome Silver Refractor RC/50, 2005 Leaf Rookies and Stars Longevity Holofoil RC/25 and 2005 Reflections Leroy Hill Black RC/25. Saw all 3 at 0.99 back in 2006. I forgot about all three and all ended for 0.99. It doesn't seem like much but those are the last 3 rookie cards of his missing in my collection (also 3 non-rookie topps total cards that I can't flippin find either).

6) This is the one that cuts worst. My favorite player collection is Darryl Tapp. I never thought it would surface but low and behold, a 2006 Bowman Chrome Superfractor 1/1 showed up on ebay shortly the product released. If you don't know, Tapp was one of the 55 rookies to be inserted into regular Bowman boxes so the odds of seeing the 1/1 were almost nil. I put in the opening bid with a snipe set at $150 (which I would have gladly paid since Tapp only has 4 true 1/1's I think). With about 1 day left, the bid was cancelled and the auction was ended. Someone made him an off ebay offer which he accepted. I e-mailed the seller and he took $75 from a person with the username alex.g.burk or something like that. The card never re-surfaced. I never crossed that buyer again. As a side note, there has never been a red refractor/5 surface as far as I have seen.
