Congrats as well! My son is 19 months and boy is it a blast. He even likes playing with some commons I gave him. He runs around the house waving them around saying dat-dat-dat-... truely awesome. Hope he gets to come home soon

Congrats bud! If you don't want him, I'll take him. My wife and I were truly blessed almost 19 years ago with a 1 pound 1 ounce (500 grams) baby that was 16 weeks early. We got to know our way around the NICU very well and spent many hours on our knees for what the doctors in Biloxi (Keesler AFB) ALL called "The Miracle Baby". She's graduating this year and it's hard to believe it's been 19 years. I told my Mom that I thought I knew how much she loved me until I had my miracle, Kimberly Anne. After 4 months in the NICU, we got to take her home at 4 Lbs 13 oz. Made the front page of the base paper and the local TV station as "Miracle Baby Goes Home". Like they say in church... "Ain't God Good!!" I'll keep you, Momma and bundle of joy in my prayers. Good luck and take it from a 46 yr old... take lots of pictures and enjoy every second of their childhood. Before you know it, they're graduating and you'll wonder where the time went. God Bless! MG

Congrats, man- I wish the best for your new family. I have a 7 month old boy and he likes when i open packs and show him the cards. His second pack we pulled a Topps Red Hot RC redemption card. Wonder how old he'll be when it arrives?

Well done!! As the father of 3 sons (11, 14, 17) you have some great times ahead of you!! (And I imagine it would be the same if you had a daughter too ).

My boys love baseball (they also have various collections too, but tend to move away from them as girls enter their lives :lol: )- and I have many memories of watching them play AND from the many baseball games we have attended together, including some great family trips.

As others have said, take lots of pics and enjoy!!
