Man i hate to do it but I have to root for the Chargers today. If the Raiders and Chargers win the Raiders would have a 2 game lead over the broncos and chargers. I hate rooting for Rivers but a 2 game cushion would b e huge with the schedule we have coming up.

Huge win today but man they need to get in the end zone when they get close. They wont beat teams in the playoffs without scoring touchdowns

Raider nation lost another member today. Chester McGlockton passed away at 42. He was one of my favorite players growing up. RIP

Great Rolando McClain was arrested today for firing a gun during a fight in Alabama wed. What was he even doing there shouldnt he be getting ready for sun. Just what we need.

He was their attending his grandfather's funeral.
I think Rolando might wanna stop going home. He was shot at earlier this year weeks after the draft. He might be safer in Oakland. Its rumored that Saban kept a close eye on Rolando when he was at Alabama. My quest to get all the defensive players from the Bama 09 team is going to get harder if he serves some jail time for this....

What a *******. Dont these morons realize that they cant carry and fire guns. I mean how stupid is he. Hes the friggin signal caller for the Defense what a stupid and selfish move this really hurts the team if he cant play. I see hes out on bail anyone know if he can play this week? I assume the league will punish him in some way, as they should

Turns out its worse then originally reported. Looks like his friend beat a guy up and as the guy was crawling to his car McClain walked up to him put a gun to his head and then pulled it away and fired a shot right by the guys ear. This is all according to the police report and reported by yahoo news. This doesnt look good he could be looking at actual time similar to Burress. Great what a *********.

I almost hope they cut his *******. If all this is true he will likely go to jail and the Raiders dont need this type of crap. They are finally turning the corner as an organization and dont need idiots like this to bring them back down with stupid decisions.

Well this is a great week McClain plays gangbanger and is probably not gonna play for awhile and espn is saying McFadden's foot is still not close. I say cut McClain and if DMC can get back healthy it may be time to trade him this offseason. I know thats not a popular opinion but the guy is of no use on the bench. He is great for 4-5 games a year then doesnt play the rest. They either need to toughen him up or give Bush the job and start using Jones as the speed guy.
Either way they should be able to pull this week out against Miami but they have 2 huge games coming up against Detroit and Green Bay which will really test if they can compete with the better teams in the league. I actually think with the running game and defensive line they have a real shot at Green Bay but we will see.
