Heard the sad news that one of the biggest heroes of my childhood, Steve Garvey, is battling prostate cancer.

He is also working to raise awareness of this awful disease, confirming his heroic stature in my estimation.

He was a hero to me growing up as well. sad to hear he is having to go through this.

Today was my "Friday" as well.

My team leader left sick two hours into the shift this morning, so I had to take over the team, and make all of our repairs.
